How do you use it?
Prep: Apply the melted strobe as a base to smooth the skin and amplify the reflective pearls in the powder highlighter
Set: Dab on the lightest highlight from cheek to temple
Sculpt: Apply a darker shade under the cheekbones to add more dimension
Flush: Sweep medium highlighter onto the apple of your cheeks for a healthy glow and color
