How do you use it?
- Add definition by lining lips with PermaGel Ultra Lip Pencil in either a nude or coordinating shade, following your pout's natural contours
- For subtle volume, line just outside your natural lip line and to avoid obvious demarcation when using saturated colours, diffuse with a lip brush
- To sculpt lips, use a freshly sharpened PermaGel Ultra Lip Pencil to outline your desired shape and then fill in and blend
- For an ombré effect, blend more than one shade of PermaGel Ultra Lip Pencil together before applying a gloss
