How do you use it?

1. Onto your body, massage a medium-sized amount of oil in circular movements, onto desired areas (bust, legs, etc.) and problem areas including stretch marks
2. On your hair, apply the oil onto mid-lengths and ends, as often as required.
3. For an intense conditioning effect, apply to your hair and leave on as a treatment, once or twice weekly, for 10 minutes before shampooing
