Toy 2 marks the second edition of Moschino's iconic teddy bear fragrance. While the highly distinctive bottle – with its opaque touches and gold collar – is uncompromising in its fusion of punkish mischief and fully-embraced kitsch, the fragrance within possesses a little more nuance.
A burst of exquisitely crispGranny Smith Apple is interwoven with evocative accents of magnolia and mandarin, before spilling out into a heart that balances jasmine petals against white currant and peony.
All of this spark and vivaciousness is then ultimately rounded out with the warmth and woodiness of sandalwood, amber wood and crystalline musk. It takes a lot of painstaking craft to make something that appears so life-affirmingly free and effortless.
