For hyperpigmentation and dark spots that won't budge, reach for Mesoestetic Melan Tran3x Concentrate. This intensive serum is part of an advanced depigmenting programme, designed to be used in tandem with a matching gel cream to treat epidermal pigmentation.
Visibly lighten dark spots on all skin types—and prevent their recurrence—with this light-textured serum. It also works well on freckles, post-inflammatory pigmentation from laser treatments as it regulates pigment production.
The powerful formula contains 1.8% of the cutting-edge ingredient tranexamic acid to fight hyperpigmentation and 5% niacinamide to prevent melanin transfer to the upper layers of the skin where it forms dark spots. There's also 5% enzymacid complex, which contains mandelic, salicylic and lactice acids and a biotechnological enzyme to remove excess melanin, and 2% tyr control complex, made with plankton, alanine and kojic acid to further control pigmentation.

How do you use it?
- Use twice a day, morning and evening.
- Apply three to four drops of melan tran3x concentrate to clean, dry, unbroken skin and distribute evenly
- Then, for best results, apply melan tran3x cream gel (not included) and massage in until fully absorbed
- Do not rinse
