Loewe

Loewe was already a Hispanic institution when London-based supremo Jonathan Anderson was appointed its creative director. The founder of his own self-titled brand, JW Anderson, he immediately set about revolutionising Loewe by returning the company to its '60s and '70s aesthetics, while also embracing bold, contemporary ideas.

Founded in 1846 by Spanish leather craftsman, the brand derived its name from the German tradesman who later joined the group. Years later Enrique Loewe Hinton, a descendant of that first Loewe, was granted the title of Supplier to the court of King Alfonso XIII of Spain, to whom the brand supplied finely crafted leather goods.

Today, however, Loewe's focus has expanded to include a range of different scents, which distil the brand's inimitable aesthetic into glorious aromatic expressions.
