- We work with thousands of global brands – new and established, popular and niche – to bring you the latest products and iconic beauty favourites. You’ll find the likes of Charlotte Tilbury, Fenty Beauty, Olapex, The Ordinary and Paula’s Choice to name just a few. Our selection of brands is updated every day so check in regularly to find out about the newest kids on the block.
- Are there any additional costs when I shop at Cosmetify?
- No. You’ll only pay the product price and associated shipping costs when shopping with Cosmetify.
- How do you make money?
- Our service is free to use and we don’t charge consumer fees for our comparison service. We instead earn money from the retailers and brands featured on our platform who pay us a commission on the sale value of the products you buy.
- What products do you recommend for my concern?
- Due to the volume of products, we are not able to provide bespoke advice for a specific concern. You can visit our beauty hub, which has a wealth of information including guides and recommendations, or browse our beauty glossary for information on specific ingredients.
- How do I become a partner with Cosmetify?
- We are always looking to work with new partners so if you’re a brand or retailer wanting to be featured on our site, visit our partnerships page.
- Do you work with influencers?
- Yes we do. If you’re an influencer and would like to collaborate with us, visit our influencers page.
- What is the Cosmetify Index?
- The Cosmetify Index is an annual report on the biggest brands in the beauty industry. We analyse and rank brands based on factors such as Instagram hashtags, annual searches, engagement rate and more to decide which brands are hot and which brands are not.
- Is Cosmetify legit?
- Yes! We work with genuine retailers to bring you genuine deals, discounts and offers on beauty products. Check out our Trustpilot reviews to see what some of our happy customers have to say.
- Where can I see Cosmetify’s reviews?
- You can find reviews for individual products on their respective product pages. On the other hand, if you want to see reviews on our customer service, head over to our Trustpilot page.
Orders & Payments
- Do you sell products directly?
- No. The checkout process is completed on our platform, but your order is then sent to the retailer(s) who will process and ship your products.
- What are my delivery options?
- We aren’t involved in the handling or the delivery of products. We show the delivery and shipping information available with each retailer on the product page, with full options available during the check-out process.
- Can I order by phone?
- No, we do not currently offer this option to buy products.
- Who do I contact about an order?
- You should contact the retailer directly using the information in your order confirmation email. You can also log in to your Cosmetify account to find information for contacting the retailer relevant to your order. If you’d like to discuss an order with us, please also contact us through your account so that we can simply link customers to orders and deal with queries efficiently.
- How do I cancel my order or make changes to it?
- You’ll need to contact the retailer using the information in your confirmation email. You may also log in to your Cosmetify account for further information about contacting the retailer linked to your order.
- Are there any additional costs when I shop at Cosmetify?
- No. Using the Cosmetify website is completely FREE of charge.
- My question isn’t answered here, what now?
- If you’ve placed an order, please log in to your account and contact us using the form. If you do not have an account or haven’t placed an order, please contact us using the general enquiries form on our contact us page.
Pricing & Alerts
- How often are prices and stock counts updated?
- Stock and prices are updated automatically by the retailer every day and are displayed on our platform accordingly.
- How do I create price alerts?
- You can set up an alert by clicking the Price Alert button next to the product and entering your email. We will send you updates as soon as prices change so you can grab the best deals on your favourite products.
- What happens if a product is out of stock?
- If a product is sold out, you can set up an alert for us to notify you as soon as it’s back in stock. Simply hit the 'Notify Me' button on the page of the particular product and we’ll keep you posted.
