First, the Invigorating Facial Wash refreshes the skin as it cleanses with a blend of peppermint, lemongrass, lime and lemon. There's also oat extract, olive oil and wheat extract to soothe and clear your complexion. Follow this with the Hydrator, a lightweight treatment enriched with birch sap and hyaluronic acid for moisture balance, plus soothing and protecting vitamin E, wheatgerm and canola.
For a nourishing and pampering body care routine, there's also the Fitness Shower Oil and Bath Salts. Use the creamy shower oil to reenergise both body and mind with eucalyptus, clove bud and coconut oil, or indulge in a bath with the deep-sea magnesium and dead sea salts, which also include seaweed, oatmeal, arnica and comfrey.

How do you use it?

Invigorating Facial Wash: Apply one to two pumps to damp skin morning and evening, then work up a lather before rinsing away with warm water

The Hydrator: After cleansing, apply one to two pumps morning and evening, then press gently onto face and neck and smooth into skin fully absorbed

Fitness Bath Salts: Sprinkle salts directly from the jar into warm water

Fitness Shower Oil: Massage into damp skin to create a soft lather and then rinse
