How do you use it?
- Use the dual-ended brush to apply a combination of light and medium tones to the lid and blend into the crease to create definition
- Then, build and blend darker pigments into the crease to evoke a sultry smoky eye
Because the formula is full pigment, a little bit goes a long way so use a light hand when picking up product.
